4. How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, go to www.CampPrimroseSummership.com website and follow the instructions to register for the scholarship Sweepstakes. Complete and submit the entry form during the Sweepstakes Period and you automatically will be entered with one entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit: Each participant may enter the Sweepstakes only one time during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address.  Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the eligible participant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

5. Random Drawing: Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Administrator will randomly select one (1) potential Grand Prize Sweepstakes winner, from all eligible entries on or around May 15, 2007. Administrator will also randomly select one (1) potential First Prize Sweepstakes winner, one (1) potential Second Prize Sweepstakes winner and one (1) potential Third Prize Sweepstakes winner, from all eligible entries on or around May 15, 2007.

6. Verification of Potential Winners: All potential sweepstakes winners are subject to verification by Sponsor or administrator, whose decisions are final AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential winners will be notified by email, telephone, or registered mail, as provided by participant in his/her entry form, after the date of random drawing. The potential Sweepstakes winners (parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to sign and return within ten (10) days an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (except where prohibited by law) in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, potential winner forfeits prize. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. There will be three (3) alternate drawings after which the applicable prize will remain unawarded.
